We would like to thank Ms. Marie Eaves who currently lives in Albuquerque, NM and who volunteers at our library whenever possible.  She also volunteers every Wednesday at Los Griegos Public Library in Albuquerque.

Marie attended most of the Studio Art Tours that were started in El Rito in the late 1980's.  She became friends with the two women that had "Northlight Studio", Ginger and Monica.  Marie still attends the studio tours whenever she can.

Marie has also been a longtime donor.  As a retired PNM employee, her donation is matched dollar-by-dollar each year.  Marie has helped us during our difficult financial times and we want to say "THANK YOU" for being such a great Friend of our library.

In Marie's own words:  "El Rito is a very special place for me and has been since my first trip through Northern New Mexico which was probably in the late sixties.  The land, the sky, the village has always been a vivid memory.
