5th Annual Community Cleanup
SATURDAY, MAY 20, 2006
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Picnic immediately following cleanup at the Library Grounds.
As being part of the community, please get involved. Make a difference in your community, even if it is only for one day. Let’s set an example to our children by showing we care about our environment. If you can’t come to the Library, pick up trash in front of your own private land by the road. Thank you and hope to see you there
Come by the Library at 9:00 a.m. to pick up
trash bags. Bring gloves.

El Rito Quilter's Guild
The Guild has donated a quilt to celebrate the 20th anniversity of the Library and will donate the quilt to the library on Ebay.
check back for further details.
To join the Guild call Vicki Edwards or Sally McDaniel. The Guild meets every Thursday evening at the Library.
Grandma Rena
Grandma Rena will be reading Fun book stories.May 27th – 11:30 to 12:00
June 8th – 2:00 to 2:30
Dia de los Ninios a Major Success!
Dia del Los Ninios brought in a large crowd of children and parents to the library for a day of story telling, mariachi music, games and much more. Thank you Susan Guevara for your many hours of preparation for this event. Click here for photos of this event!
El Rito Film Society Raises Money
The El Rito Film Society raised over $300 with a Spanish Language Film Series held at Cutting Hall. Click here for a complete list of all titles shown so far.
